We have found working with our customers to create the perfect set to fit your event is truly one of our favorite parts of the process! We do want to make your aware of how the process will look and ask that you agree to the below statements when placing an order with us.
Please note cookie sets include up to 6 designs and 6 colors (not including black/white). We will not create cookies that violate copyright rules. As part of the design process we promise to work together to find creative ways to use these themes to inspire beautiful cookie sets for your event.
We will not copy other people’s cookie designs; we are confident in our abilities that allow us to design visions to life. We find our best inspiration from party décor, invitations, etc. A pre-determined amount of creative freedom with be discussed when working through the design of your set. Some customers love to give a few guiding ideas and let us run with it! Other’s like to be more in the details; and we are happy to invite you in the process with a few guidelines in mind.
We want to make sure you are happy with your set but also ask that you understand we do our best work when we are provided the space to be creative as this helps the set feel cohesive and unique to you!
Availability
We open our calendar on the first of each month in 2 month periods.
December 1st for orders in the months of January & February
February 1st for orders in the months of March & April
April 1st for orders in May & June
June 1st for orders in July & August
August 1st for orders in September & October
October 1st for very limited custom orders in November & December
Unfortunately we will not be taking orders outside of the above windows. We will take orders on a first come first serve basis starting. We recommend setting a reminder and submitting your order at the beginning of the appropriate month. All orders must be submitted via our custom order form. Product Description & Pricing
Cookies can be described as buttery, soft sugar cookies with a hint of almond extract and topped with our classic royal icing.
Size reference: Mini are between 1-2inches, Small are between 2-3 inches, Regular are 3-4 Inches, Large cookies are 4+ inches.0

Currently Pricing
1 Dozen regular sized cookies = $58 a dozen
1 Mixed set (6 regular cookies and 10 mini cookies) = $56
Retainer
For custom cookie orders, a 50% retainer (or $50 if order is between $100-$400) is required to confirm your order and to book your date. For orders over $400 alternative payment plan will be discussed at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at time of pickup. Fee can be paid through Venmo (@viennatreats), Zelle or cash. We request retainer fee be paid within 72 hours of emailed invoice; failure to do so may lead to order cancellation and/or forfeited your requested booking date.
Allergens
We follow Michigan Cottage Food law to protect ourselves and our customers. These cookies contain the following allergens unless stated otherwise: Eggs, Wheat/Flour, Pure Vanilla and Almond Extract. We use Americolor food dye which include a variety of colors (blue, yellow, red, etc.). Cookies do not contain peanuts but they are homemade in a kitchen that has peanut products
Packaging/Pickup/Shipping
Cookie will all come individually wrapped in heat sealed bags. We are not responsible for any damage once cookies have been picked up. We do our best to package cookies as securely as possible, we highly recommend using caution when handling cookies even in boxes/bags. Our royal icing recipes allows cookie tops to be hard on the outside but still soft on the inside. Please avoid stacking cookies .
Michigan Cottage Food law prohibits shipping cookies. Contactless pickup will take place outside of our home in Rochester, MI – crossroads Walton and Livernois. Address will be provided on order invoice.
We recommend to ensure maximum freshness cookies should be consumed within 1 week after pickup.
Refunds
We understand extenuating circumstances arise from time to time; we can refund deposit for orders when cancellation is made 10 days prior to scheduled pickup date. Beyond that point retainer is non-refundable as materials have already been purchased and prepared.
